Had my vehicle in for an interior repair on my door, after receiving the vehicle back we noticed some dents on the outer door. contacted service manager dean and explained the situation, there was zero hassle and the door was repaired immediately. bottom line is mistakes happen, this was not due to poor workmanship, but a mistake. they backed their work and stood by there technicians. a respectable place to deal with, I will be back.
