I went for dinner with my girlfriend and was left waiting for over half an hour after ordering. I explained our situation to the main staff member who seemed to be holding the show together....poor lad. He went on to relay the information to the manager but it was another 10 minutes before any food arrived. Other staff members weren't really keen to see if any customers needed anything. Overall it was a very bad experience.
