I normally promote this place via word of mouth, however, I am considering never shopping here again for two reasons. (1) I had my husband return a pool cover at the West Chicago location, but I have not received a refund yet (it's been at least 2 weeks with no word). (2) I purchased a ranger vacuum before opening my pool, but it is missing 2 parts and I cannot get a hold of anyone from customer service! I have tried calling and leaving voicemails but no one is returning my calls to talk about either issue! I understand times are hard, but someone should be helping me along here since I spent over $200 on these items. The funny thing is, the guy at West Chicago took our cover, which we were trading for a pump, and said he needed to send it to his warehouse before we would see the money. How long does it take?!
