The absolute best customer service with competitive rates and mortgage options! Randy is an absolute pleasure (cannot stress this enough)!!! I began the home buying process with very limited knowledge of what it entailed, Randy took the time to explain things to me in language I could understand and gave me advice from the perspective of, "If you were my relative, I would tell you..."

Randy made himself available to me 24/7 and was always happy to answer random questions I called him about, even if it was advice on a competitor's offer. He was completely transparent on what he could do and what he couldn't do, even if that meant going with another offer. He truly wanted me to have the best option for my particular situation, not just for his business. Who does that?!?

Though my purchase agreement fell through because the seller refused to repair anything, I wish I could buy a house every month just to keep in contact with Randy. He's is kind, funny, and trustworthy. He is so knowledgeable and willing to share industry insights. Highly recommend him to any and everyone!
