Poor service and call back wait time was a week!

Poor service and call back wait time was a week!
Finally I called them only to be told our service dept will call you. Really? I was on the phone with the service dept.
Why they couldn't provide me info on the work order is beyond me.
If they had decent competition they'd be gone, out of business
