I had a very bad customer experience started from not disclosing the charge unless after an hour after arrival, the technician could not able to get me a price for the spare parts until he contacted his office to walk him through his iPad menus, later I found that another parts are also needed not mentioned and no sort of grantee can be provided for over a thousand dollar charge, when I asked if this this better to replace the furnace they found no sales person available to answer my questions regarding a new replacement, I have asked the technician to send me the diagnosing report by email it is been 10 days without receiving any report, I got Zero information from time wasted that costs $231, later I able to fix the furnace with a third of provided price by another contractor in one hour with guarantee and no replacement is needed.
