Our equipment was struck by lightning last night. Called customer service. Sorry, but I got someone who barely speaks English. She also has no clue how to do her job. Was put on hold over 10 minutes. Then when I was on the phone with her, she never says a word, to even let you know that you're still connected. She had me do simple trouble shooting. Power off and back on. (Hello, it was struck by lightning!!) Then decided that she needed to schedule a technician to come out..........Wednesday
Customer service needs a great deal of help!!! Very poor service.
