I booked online with points and stayed there because the event I was attending was in the same hotel. I flew in and arrived mid afternoon. I waited only a few minutes before the shuttle driver arrived, he greeted us warmly and took my bag to load in the shuttle. He made some courteous chit chat on the short drive and welcomed us to Hotlanta (his words but also what I call it too) My fantastic stay started off with an awesome shuttle driver. Check in went smoothly and the front desk were friendly as well. Plenty of elevators that were fast meant I never waited long for an elevator up or down. The room was comfortable with a king size bed and a Roman chair to sit or lounge in. I don't normally sleep well in hotels but actually slept like a babe all through the night. The bathroom was nice and the shower stayed hot and was excellent. I used the gym and I liked the touch with recyclable headphones if you needed them. The pool was also nice and outside there was a seating area with a fire. In the morning I had the breakfast buffet which wasn't overly large but had a wonderful selection, made to order omelettes and waffles (with pecans either inside or as a topping), grits, oatmeal, and of course breads and fruits. For $18 it was a great price for a delicious meal and of course the staff were all very friendly, kept my table clear of plates, and my drinks full. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful stay. I will definitely be choosing the Marriott the next time I'm in Hotlanta
