Very disappointing, very unprofessional and very, very unfriendly.

Unfortunately, I was unable to attend a lesson during the correct Dutch course due to private circumstances. I have clearly indicated this to the service department with the idea that I can catch up with a lesson somewhere before my exam.

Here I found out that the NCOI has no interest at all in helping students further, it is only about money. You would expect customer service to think along with you to look for a solution. Unfortunately, the answer was we are not prepared to, maybe the other students have some notes for you that were made during class.

I really hope people will read this review and make a good decision.

My advice stay far away from this disaster organization.

You should really stop abusing the Dutch language, see below.

"For this reason, we can no longer offer you an opportunity to make up for the missed meeting."

You can do this but are not prepared to do this. Just put that down ...

But thanks for the response, the whole internet can see how you treat customers.

Again my advice stay far away from this disaster organization.
