I have to say I m very disappointed about the dish...

I have to say I m very disappointed about the dishonesty in this facility. The front desk person try to make me feel like I don t know what s going on, on top of not releasing the dog to me. My bill was $2394 for what..... majority of the staff is incompetent, couldnt explain or justify anything. The position that these folks are in require empathy which they don t possess. I recommend doing your homework to see who will better accommodate your dog all the way around. Ask a lot of questions get a quote.
