Horrible experience, my dad was admitted yesterday...

Horrible experience, my dad was admitted yesterday and we have not been able to speak to him, he is always sedated or at some procedure , nurses and other staff have hung up on us, have told us to stop calling, won t give any information, but also won t even help us to try and talk to him. We don t know how he is, what s going on...nothing. During this time when you can t go to the hospital to accompany your loved ones, and stay in the know, they should show a little empathy and humanity, and not act like you are calling to check on dog or something. Will be taking this wherever we need to take it to, until we get some answers.
