Honestly too many issues to mention, from rude staff, Marriott app that just doesn't work, requests for a tissue box (since the one in the room was wet) and getting toilet paper instead, to hidden charges that were not disclosed at the time of booking to a pool that was freezing cold (so cold, even the kids wouldn't go in) this was the worst stay at a hotel that i have had. Very disappointed.
