Awful experience. No one can answer any form of question you have without having to make a phone call. No replies to emails or phone calls. Always late, took over a year to sort out a personal trainer, aswell as very little physio (had a bike crash broken femur and broken wrist)

From what ive experienced with irwin mitchell so far.

Customers clearly mean nothing to you, shown by your lack of respect to keep us updated.

The lies. Whilst being unable to move i was told by irwin mitchell to get a taxi as they will send the receipts to get them refunded for me, over this time all the money i used on taxis was borrowed as i was unable to go back to work.
After 3 months of using taxis at least twice a week i was then told they havent refunded it but instead used it as evidence for a taxi account.

Thanks to Irwin Mitchell I am still trying to pay these people back today.

The claim has now come to an end (well it did over a month ago)



Seriously everyone, save your time and money, please dont fall into this trap like me.
