Took my 4 year Labrador there for knee surgery in Dec 17, they prescribed him Remidol and told me come back in two weeks for surgery. $250.00.
Brought the dog back as directed and dropped him off. Two hours later they called me and said the dogs Liver enzymes are dangerously high and the surgery is cancelled.
The Vet then tells me the dog may have Liver disease, ate or drank a toxin like anti freeze or cleaning products. Then suggests a $500.00 MRI. I agreed. MRI negative. I then tell him that the only thing he has ingested in the last two weeks diffrent is that Remidol . Immediatly he goes into a defensive position saying he gives that to thousands of dogs a year. I pick up my dog and the bill is $1500.00, not $500.00 quoted.
I bring the dog to my Vet and he immediatly says Remidol posioned my dog. 3 Months of treatment by him and another $500.00 before the dog recovered.
Asked for a credit with no response. So basically I paid $2250.00 for nothing.
Took my dog to Northstar for his corrective surgery .

Stay away from this place. The more people I tell the more horror stories I hear about this place.

Legal action pending.
