Stayed at the Glen Mhor riverland hotel next to the Ness river, in August 2019.
The place is beautiful but the service rendered by the hotel reception is wanting. Lack of interest to serve the customer even when the matter is escalated on several occasions.
The rooms do not have phones and most of the cupboards in the villas are all locked. No reasons provided.
The rooms are not maintained during the stay and need to pay extra for this service.
Doubt if this place will ever be recommended.
