We recently hired Wendy Krispin to cater a 20th anniversary event for our company. It was a big event attended by over 300 people, at a brand new venue and featured speakers, videos, out-of-town guests so lots of moving parts. We contacted Wendy because we knew we could turn everything related to food and drink over to her. I kept saying to my co-chair, Just let them handle it. We have enough to worry about and they do this every day. I had to laugh when I saw on the website that is literally their slogan. Not only was the food delicious, the staff servers, chefs and bartenders --were professional, friendly (and funny) and anticipated what we needed before we knew we needed it. We could not have been happier.
