Jessie was great, once again! She took the time to make sure the service ticket was filled out correctly and to be sure exactly what was not right with the vehicle. She followed up to let me know how things were going and that the vehicle would need to stay overnight waiting for the specific part to come in that was needed. Check out was smooth as well.
