BGI s quality of product is an easy choice, however their customer service is what keeps us coming back. Toby was our representative. Our parents tradition is to buy their grandchildren their first bicycle. Toby helped guided us to the right decision while showing patience for our enthusiastic and highly energetic soon to be four year old.
