My home office PC wouldn t boot up one morning so I called Basic. I hadn t dealt with them before but, nevertheless, one of their engineers was here at 2pm that same day and by 4pm we were back up and running. No fuss and excellent service all on a pay-as-you-go basis. I may never need them again but as a micro-business with little in-house IT knowledge it s reassuring to know they re there!
