I wanted to like the OBGYN office of Sarah Shores, DO at Mercy, as I had a friend recommend it. However, I had numerous terrible experiences. I would let one time slide but 4 times within two months is too many. From getting blood drawn from one of the techs who spilled my blood all over me and the floor, incorrectly filling out the paperwork that was sent to the lab for our baby's gender and genetic screening test, from horribly rude receptionists and nurses phone adequate, and giving me the run around after mistakes were made. I've never had an experience like this at a doctor's office before. I don't recommend this group due to their poor patient care and customer service.
