I just want to state that my vehicle seems to be repaired correctly this time, thanks to my amazing service advisor Joe Monaco getting the job done. I'm not always the easiest person to deal with when I'm stressed out, but Joe is extremely courteous, patient, understanding, and funny. I have great communication with him and I'm thankful he is working at Courtesy Chevy. There needs to be more folks like him in this world. Thank you Joe!
