I ordered parts in which the fedex driver lost I called fedex and they gave me a claim number and they told me to have rock auto call them with this claimed under so they could give me credit or re order my parts Rock auto wouldn't do it. The people in service must be teenagers because their response was very adolescent
It's very stupid and annoying not to be able to talk to and live representative.
