Extremely unprofessional with interns. Doesn't give training. Expect you to fully understand something new and do it all, even though it's a lot of work, already on the first day. When asking him some basic questions, he basically called me incompetent (which I'm not, I have 3 years of experience as an analyst in HSBC in Brasil and graduate the first year of my Master with honors) and threatened to fire me. Worse work environment I ever saw. I went to sleep at 3 am doing the job he asked and I woke up at 7 am to another rude, unsatisfied email from Mr. Martin. So I resigned. He exploits interns, don't pay, don't educate them and still thinks he has the right to be rude to them.
