They had my old address on file (I hadn't lived there in 4 years), but they were like 'oh, we mailed you something the other day' and then they wanted to take a payment over the phone. They didn't want to update my current address and mail anything to me at my actual address! And they're freaking illiterate! Apparently Philadelphia is now Philbeldcia
