Ive been a customer for over a year now. I was in a 1 car accident. My agent Claudia Mendina doesn't care nor calls and keeps up with her JOB or customers. When I called her about my car which has been sitting in the shop taken apart waiting for Gainsco to provide 2nd supplement for 2 weeks now. First thing she said was "Oh I don't know " after I got upset and told her I'm big about google reviews. She said " oh please give us good review please. Dont give a bad one. We are trying to make service better." This insurance is a joke. 1 phone number to call anyone. Sit on hold for 45 minutes. Then if 2nd supplement is needed you the customer has to find email which is only way to contact someone for extra supplement. Decent monthly payments is only good I've found with this insurance. But you get what you pay for I guess.
