Excellent customer service! Was very patient over text . First time kayak buyer. They went above and beyond any big box store would do. I called, they went through there inventory to find the ones i wanted. Sent a picture while I was away of the country for work and they held the kayaks till my wife could pick them up. Gave me a military discount and even strapped them on top of the roof rack for her. They got home fine and cant wait to get on the water. They were great! would go there again without a doubt.
