July 28, 2016 Thursday I checked my mail and received a letter from PG&E stating the UTILITIES (Electric and Gas) are in jeopardy of being TURNED OFF for LACK of PAYMENT.
To state the letter word for word
"PAYMENT IS OVERDUE FOR ENERGY SERVICE AT YOUR ADDRESS. TO AVOID A SERVICE DISCONNECTION, PLEASE CALL US TO DISCUSS YOUR OPTIONS."
" Dear OCCUPANT,
The LANDLORD or ENTITY RESPONSIBLE for making energy payments at this address has been notified that payment on this account is PAST DUE. Unless the FULL PAST DUE AMOUNT IS PAID IMMEDIATELY, your electric and/or gas service may be disconnected.
JSco NEEDS AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED.
