Awful experience with the estimate process. Guessing these good reviews (part of what attracted me to this company) are friends/family OR simply big jobs that maybe they approach differently. I had a small roof repair that I just got done by another company, and also wanted a full roof job estimate and full exterior paint estimate as well.

The small roof patch estimate was over 2x what 2 other companies quoted me as. The roofing company that I hired just left and it took them less than 45 minutes to do the entire repair; Reilly estimated it at over $500!!! Complete gouge, and anyone semi-handy would know that is way too high. Also, instead of talking about any painting estimate, the estimator simply recommended that I get siding even though that's not what I asked for. Promised me an email follow-up detailed estimate for the repair, full roof repair when he left....NEVER sent it. I had said that his estimate was high and that I would be contacting others, but I definitely didn't dismiss the service all together and he never gave me contact information or got back with me at all regarding the estimate. He wasn't full-on rude, but I felt he could care less about my issues, and if he was someone I was employing I would definitely let him go.

I have tens of thousands of dollars of work to be done in the next 12-18 months, and I have quickly crossed this company off my list. The first impression couldn't have went worse. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.
