I have never worked for a more incompetent facility in my life. Do mark Poloncarz and Bill Geary have any idea what they are doing? Erie county is in such "dire need" of people but won't rehire someone who only failed their probation over something so stupid. I think it's time to revamp the Erie County highway department downtown.
