I would like to thank the employees at The Cell Shop for the awesome service they provided when replacing the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone. My frustration was taken with patience and kindness when I chose to foot the 500 dollar bill to replace the screen on my 800 dollar phone. My mistake was purchasing a phone I couldn't afford and a case that didn't cover the lock screen button (which is where the phone hit when dropped onto the edge of my bowl of cereal). Unfortunately I rely on my phone for work and required an immediate fix. We discussed other various methods to deal with my problem before settling on the pricey repair. If it wasn't for the genuine conversations I had with the employees at the Cell Shop I wouldn't feel as satisfied with my repair as I do now.
