Anderson Rose handled a simultaneous sale and purchase for me at a very complicated time with Brexit happening mid way and the chain coming apart with buyers in the chain changing their mind. It was a complicated juggling act at a very awkward time in the market and the entire chain was at risk of unravelling. They were good at keeping us informed and offered honest insights and practical advice to help wrap up a sale and purchase. Of course, I would use them again and my wife made some home baked cup cakes for the team as a thank you.
