My friend was joining me this afternoon and She is 9MONTH PREGNANT she has to were comfortable casual clothing.
She was refused access to the lounge where she was meeting a friend for a cup of tea.
Out of nowhere the waiter( Rares ) mentioned In a rude way that the next time she was not going to be accepted as per the dress code policy.
I would also like to bring to your attention that not only the waiter was not dressed
Appropriately (shirt outside of trousers,dirty apron and dirty shirt , his name was Simon) but also guests seating next to us where dressed casually with trainers and Tshirts.
Could you please train your staff on how to inform guest about the dress code policy in the respect of individual and ensure consistency.
Also I would like this matter to be investigated and I would like to be refunded due to the poor service we received and the imotional impact this issue has had on a 9 month pregnant women who was just trying to have a quality time with a friend.
