Well I stayed 3 nights at the hotel this week and the experience personally was 3 star. The people at front desk / security were nice, people at the hotel bar were nice. But the manager? at the breakfast place was super judgemental and made me feel kind of uncomfortable. I wasn't really dressed up to have a brunch this morning because I mean, I am busy, it is just breakfast afterall. When I walked in I picked the nice seat by the window until the manager came and removed me to a bad location. He said it is reserved but the seat was given to new comers. I felt kind of embarrassed. I understand that it's a business but I mean you should treat all customers the same. I will probably will be here often on a business trip but I wont be staying at this hotel becauae I always eat breakfast at the hotel during my trip and now that I feel so uncomfortable I obviously can't stay in this place anymore. Oh well.
