Julie in the bookstore is rude and unprofessional....

Julie in the bookstore is rude and unprofessional. They messed up my order, was charged for books I didn't have in my cart, and was very confusing and she kept trying to shove me out the door. Another lady at the desk was on her phone doing nothing important, I stood in line for 15 minutes and finally a nice gentleman asked if I needed help. Unfortunately he couldn't help but I do appreciate there being one nice person in that place. Also the guy who stands outside of the store all day who was also very rude, pushy, and made me feel really unwelcome. He shouted at me for walking up to the door and said I had to go through the line. Give him another job!! The people at the front desk are very nice and all the greeters they had on 8/27/2018 were very welcoming. Keep in mind many students were beginning their first day. So I expected to feel welcomed and accepted. The campus store is a total joke, and I wish I didn't have to give them another penny. I will be following up with the school to report this incident.
