Had a really bad experience here, the staff there were racist, NOT RECOMMENDED. In comparison, the Sketch got better food and better service, and the Dorchester hotel has got much much better service for a negligible higher cost (like, 2 pounds?) . You don't have to come here!
Very bad experience, the staff there were very unfriendly to me and my family, it can be said that they were discriminated! To be honest, the sketch food is delicious and the service is not bad. I booked a table for my bf, myself, and my parents there at 6:00, and we got there around 5:50. I talked to the reception after we got in and they said we need to wait for our table to be ready . However, we didn't get a table until 6:15, and a white family came 10 mins after us that's also a table of 4 got a table before us.
