Great customer service, the staff are all very friendly and go above and beyond for their guests. The bellhops deserve extra recognition because they're all so friendly, they greet everyone with a smile and even hold the doors open for you when you enter/exit a building. The room was nice, however the decor is a little outdated. The televisions have a mind of their own and it's a gamble whether they'll turn on or not and sometimes the remotes don't work at all. Room service was great. Overall a great hotel to stay in.
