Like many other bikers, you are well upset when your bike is damaged, and then you have to ring up your insurance company!
Well all I can say is that I couldn t have had a better experience!
I dealt with Alex at my insurance company who was really helpful and reassuring and arranged 4th Dimension to deal with repairs.
A guy called Stuart picked up my bike and returned it- he was great, really friendly and helpful.
After bike had been picked up, the assessor Craig Cocozza contacted me and was very thorough. He gave me a completion date and told me I would get weekly updates of the bike.
I did get updates as promised by text and bike delivered back to me in excellent condition.
I have no hesitation in recommending 4th dimension!
