My Worst experience ever their sales team is pathetic I always thought that they r reputed builders so accordingly expected great service I was so wrong I was confirmed an appointment for site visit the date & time but reach there no one is available at the site tried calling the contact number and I m given an excuse that they r on leave and no info was provided to them I have a msg with the confirmation and the reference Id I literally waited there for an hour for them to coordinate but finally lost my temper and left I m not wasting my money on such a builder who doesn t value my time and has no respect for a customer
Your staff represents your brand please keep that in mind pathetic service will only create bad image
