Couple weeks ago i had purchased a used, 2007, vehicle from them with a 1K mile/1month some kind of warranty. After i had purchased it i had noticed that there was an issue with fog lights, 2 days later after i bought it i went back to them and talked to owners son, he said that they cannot do anything about but he will talk to his mechanic if they can help me out and they will call me back. Two weeks later, still no call. In the mean time i had taken that car to the professional dealer for professional check up and they had found couple things that needed immediate attention: broken hose from oil trap to cylinder head and faulty starter. I had broken hose repaired ($299), waiting on starter. So, i went back to them and spoke with a son of the owner, again. He said that they will not reimburse me for anything and will not replace starter. I had asked him if he is willing to have a very unsatisfied customer who spent X amount of money 2 weeks earlier at his place walk out from there over couple hundred dollars, his answer was : YES I AM...so, i just walked away. It takes months to find a customer, seconds to loose one.
