Their service and parts department will tell you one price over the phone then the price will change at time of payment. First time there for service and was told it would be a little over an hour wait, then told after checking back it's going to be a few hours. Then had to wait for a shuttle I could have requested earlier if known beforehand. They are terrible at coordinating service and communicating. We purchased a brand new vehicle with them and they treat new owners poorly. Go somewhere else. Their "gem" service is nothing more than a meaningless plastic card.
