I have had a Prius for 10 years and I have often come to Magnussen's Toyota for service. They send me coupons, emails and offer many discounts, which is a good thing, especially because many of their service charges are quite high. I just went for an oil change and they did a free inspection and pointed out an additional $1000 of work that they thought needed to be done. Fortunately, my husband is good with cars and he can handle a lot of the easy stuff, but we do need competent mechanics to do the stuff that can't easily be done at home. Magnussen's Toyota is very convemiently located for us. They offer a shuttle service (which I have never used) and loaner bikes- which are great and useful to me, since we live a couple of miles away. I will undoubtedly be back, but I will keep an eye out for coupons, for those very expensive service needs.
