I was charged twice for parking. No one is taking responsibility for their actions. The Crowne Plaza is responsible for what happens on their property. I am now having to take The Crowne Plaza to small claims court for holding my car hostage, charging for a service they did not provide, and I wish that I could add terrible customer service to the suit, but since I can't I will settle for just a refund of what is owed to me.
