After having to drive down Duluth s streets for a while for work where the big $ is made from going from 45MPH to 35MPH and hanging out there to terrorize people speeding I gotta say, I m super happy people are calling out Officer Spann. Badge number 1181 had me cracking up...good for people to put that. She was by far, in my opinion a super rude, intimidating cop, chilling at the speed trap intersections, handing out her hot pencil tickets. Hopefully she s at least not doing traffic anymore. Maybe by now she s got people in tears on the desk phone.
