My review would be a negative number. The first day after driving an hour and a half I was 4 min after 5 was met with an attitude from doc about they closed at 5 and its an extra 150 for emergency. My kitty had a urinary blockage. Knowing it was a life or death situation. I went against by gut. I don't know exactly what was done to my baby for the 2 wks he was there. I took him back yesterday he was blocked again. I was going to make a hard decision to put him down because i was told it would keep happening and that he had crystals. I stepped out to get reception. To call about getting help with money. Found someone to help with trying surgery to save him. In the time I was out there the doc came out being rude that I need to hurry up. Another man in dirty clothes came out to rush me. So I went in and offered the 300 to do surgery. The doc threw a fit. Was visibly and verbally annoyed that he may have to do this. He Let me know once again that its emergency and will be extra money. The attitude I recieved. I chose to take my babies and leave! Upon taking them to another clinic I was told my cat didn't ahow aigns of having anything done except a catheter. His urethra was very inflamed and infected. He also had a tear in his urethra. Absolutely NO CRYSTALS BLOCKING. I am on a mission now! My baby suffered im sure for 2 weeks. So believe me I will tell it from the mountain tops. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you love your pets DO NOT tale them to this clinic. You get what you pay for people and our babies suffer! There are so many good animal loving advocates and organizations who can and will help with cost. And by the time I am done they will not pay one cent to help this clinic. The doc that took care of my baby last night was loving. And even said Angels? I didn't even know they were back open.
