They lost the paperwork to file for my wife's insurance claim, so that took almost 9 months to get squared away so it would not go to collections ($4k), and now I'm finding out that the doctor has already sent her to collections for another bill THAT WE NEVER EVEN RECEIVED!!! I had a similar incident when I went there and decided to not have the service performed. They decided to just bill me for it anyway. The billing department is a joke. You're better off just going to urgent care... or your local vet...
