We have been very loyal customers of this company for 40yrs both at business and home. In the days the business was family run by Jim King
it was First Class.
18months ago I was advised by a salesman that our WIRED system which they had fitted at build could fault anytime. Acting on his advice we changed to a WIRELESS system. We were then given Neutral advise which contradicted that provided by the Kings Salesman which had us insist that we returned to the WIRED system we had previously had fitted with NO ISSUES.
The work was carried out last January. The only favourable comment I have to make is that in all the years we have dealt with this Company the engineers have been FIRST CLASS.
Yesterday I received our first years renewal premium for service charges and was ALARMED ( excuse the Pun) to find that this had doubled and we were informed that we would need to agree to stay with the Company for the next 3 years.
SORRY KINGS THIS IS WHERE WE PART COMPANY just like quite a few of your workforce did last year.
There is No consideration for Loyalty anymore.
