Place and amenities are nice but the staff is miserable. I have put in request after request and unless you threaten to talk to their manager, they don't even seem to bother.

I've decided to update this post as of 4/10/17. Recently they have been doing a much better job. Still if you need something fixed take it online. The management seems to be trying to whip the place into shape.
