Had been excited about buying new bike all summer, informed West Coast I was interested in a softail slim I had seen on their site , asked them about a p/X was told to send pictures of my bike, which I did they said they didn't receive them when I phoned again,why don't you bring your bike up, okay drove up today hottest day of the year, eventually found the place, looked at at my bike 2seconds lets go to the desk then he told me bike I was interested in was sold 1/2hour ago even though I arrived a day earlier than I said I was going to shop, absolutely gutted,wind was knocked out of me,never asked me to put a deposit down because I would have, tried to flog me another ugly bike which I declined, should have went a holiday instead spent my money elsewhere, true what they say,no humanity CASH is king.
