These folks rock! Great place. Great staff. Nice pool. Rooms clean and comfortable. We took our grandson with us. He wanted towels folded in animal shapes. They don't do that...normally. We asked concierge if that was possible. They were not certain anyone on staff could do it. Apparently they found someone. We spent the day in the park. When we returned that evening we had a whole towel menagerie in our room. It included an elephant, swan, squirrel, and a dog. Couldn't believe they did that for us. Service over the top.
