Noly came out and inspected our ac. Explained to us what caused the problem and got a new AC installed. Only time will tell, how well the unit works, but since they offer the 10 year warranty on parts, I hope that John Moore will be good on their word, if something does happen in the future. But as far as their professionalism, knowledge, and being responsive to the job. They did a great job.
